Train Sandy ("Sandy") wants you to be happy with your subscription. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

14-Day Full Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, no questions asked. This applies to both initial purchases and renewal payments.

After 14 Days

Refunds are not available beyond the 14-day window. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us through the feedback feature in the app or email us directly. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings. When you cancel, you keep access to Sandy Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
