By accessing or using Sandy (operated by Train Sandy), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Sandy is an AI-powered fitness application that generates personalized workout plans, tracks your exercise performance, and adapts training recommendations based on your progress and feedback. The service requires an account and is currently available by invitation only.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Sandy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not create accounts for others without their permission.

4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Sandy is not a medical service. The workouts generated by Sandy are created by artificial intelligence and are intended for general fitness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult your physician before starting any new exercise program
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• AI-generated workouts may not account for all individual health conditions or limitations
• You exercise at your own risk and are solely responsible for your physical safety

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sandy for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application

6. AI-Generated Content

Workout plans and exercise recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and safety, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate suggestions. Always use your own judgment and consult a fitness professional if unsure about any exercise.

7. Intellectual Property

Sandy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Train Sandy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your workout data belongs to you, but the underlying technology, algorithms, and design remain our property.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of Sandy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions

Sandy may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings.

Payments

All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Sandy. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy:

• 14-day full refund: You may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, no questions asked. This applies to both initial purchases and renewal payments.
• After 14 days: Refunds are not available beyond the 14-day window. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• How to request a refund: Contact us through the feedback feature in the app or email us directly. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Sandy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Train Sandy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Sandy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
